Gate Code Changes Proceedure

Effective on March 1, 2025 the current gate code will no longer be available.

Each lot owner will he responsible for applying for a private gate code for their entire lot.

KLRF Building Application forms are now available at the Administration Office. You can also request a packet by clicking the button below.

No Mulch Allowed in KLRF Premises

Due to a recent fire on Lot 43, there will be no mulch allowed in KLRF property. Stockpiling mulch will incur and immediate fine.

How do KLRF process the billings?

How does KLRF ensure appearance of the farm?

All members and personnel utilizing KLRF property are required to maintain a clean and orderly appearance on their respective Lots, to include no littering or collection of trash, waste, or non-Agricultural (“non-Ag”)-related materials at any location.

How can I access the KLRF Property?

Access to KLRF property is controlled through a gate with a limited number of keys that are available for purchase and then registered and issued to specific individuals. Keys are subject to being re-registered by the BoD. Any loss or mishandling of the key must be reported to the BOD immediately.

How many roosters are permitted per lot?

There shall be no more than two (2) roosters per acre and tethering of roosters is strictly prohibited on KLRF property.

What to do during a fire incident?

Please contact authorities first at 911, then notify the KLRF Office at (808) 364 0562.

I heard a gunshot, what to do?

Discharging firearms is prohibited on KLRF property. If you heard or saw someone shooting their firearm, please contact the KLRF Office at (808) 364 0562.
